John Sarsfield is an O2X Instructor. John has worked professionally in the fitness industry since 2007. In this time, he has coached, developed, and managed both clientele and other fitness professionals. With this work experience, John has developed a wisdom that allows him to guide anyone looking to enhance their strength, conditioning, nutrition, and recovery by making things simple for the individual. He has worked with every type of person throughout his career from athletes, to business professionals, to stay-at-home moms. His passion is simple; allow everyone to perform at the highest level capable of them. John’s credentials include a BS in Kinesiology, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Precision Nutrition Level 2 Coaching. In his free time, John mainly spends time with his family who stay active around the year with different fitness activities including skiing, hiking, and golf.
