Steve Fell is an O2X Injury Prevention Specialist. Steve is a former college and professional soccer player, who developed a passion for the systematic approach to physical preparation through his own desire to optimize performance while minimizing injury risk. Steve holds a Bachelors in Exercise Science, a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Health and Human Performance. Additionally, Steve is a Board-Certified Sports Physical Therapist (DPT-SCS) through the American Physical Therapy Association and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CSCS). Steve has served as a rehabilitation and performance Practitioner in many settings including the Human Performance Advisor for Special Operations Command South, Director of Sports Performance for Phoenix Rising Football Club of the United Soccer League, Assistant Performance /End-Stage Rehabilitation Coach for Houston Dynamo of Major League Soccer, and Director of Sports Performance for Flagler College. Currently, Steve is the owner of Performance Science and Rehab where he uses a data informed approach to assist high-performing individuals return-to-performance following injury.
