Allison Brager – an O2X sleep specialist – co-authored a recent publication for the American College of Neuropsychopharmacology. In the study, her team presents the current state of sleep science in human and animal models specific to service members during- and post-military career. Specifically, they examined the requirements of night shift work, sustained operations, and rapid re-entrainment to time zones. Her team then proposes targeted pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions to optimize performance that are mission- and symptom-specific.
