In January 2024, Helicopter Sea Combat Wing Atlantic (HSCWL) partnered with O2X to address the NHRC’s Naval Aircrew Community top 10 operational priorities.
Through the O2X Integrated Specialist Program (ISP), 3 full-time human performance specialists – Strength & Conditioning, Injury Prevention, and Mental Performance – deliver tailored training, O2X Readiness Assessments, and virtual resources. A near real-time dashboard and regular reports provide leadership with continuous insights into Sailor performance and mission readiness.
