Adam La Reau is the Co-Founder and President of O2X Human Performance, where he plays a key leadership role in guiding the organization’s strategic growth, operational direction, and long-term vision. Since co-founding O2X in 2013 alongside Gabriel Gomez and Paul McCullough, Adam has been instrumental in building the company into a nationally recognized leader in integrated human performance solutions for tactical athletes and high-performing organizations. In his role as President, Adam helps oversee the continued evolution of O2X’s programs, partnerships, and operational initiatives while ensuring the company remains aligned with its mission of improving the health, safety, readiness, and resilience of those who serve others.
Throughout O2X’s growth, Adam has played a foundational role in developing the organization’s operational infrastructure and translating elite human performance principles into scalable, real-world solutions for military, federal, public safety, and industrial populations. His leadership has helped shape the systems, services, and educational methodologies that continue to define O2X today. Prior to founding O2X, Adam served in the United States Navy as a Navy SEAL, where he operated in demanding, high-performance environments that required discipline, adaptability, teamwork, and resilience. His experiences in Naval Special Warfare heavily influenced the development of O2X’s holistic approach to human performance, emphasizing the integration of physical training, nutrition, sleep, recovery, stress management, and injury prevention to support long-term operational effectiveness and overall well-being.
Adam remains deeply passionate about leadership, performance, and supporting the tactical community through sustainable human performance initiatives. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, and being with his family and friends. His leadership philosophy reflects the same principles that shaped both his military and professional career — service, accountability, continuous improvement, and a commitment to helping individuals and teams perform at their highest level.
