
Alex Zuchman
Alex Zuchman is an Assistant Vice President of Federal Sales at O2X, where he draws on his leadership experience and operational background to deliver tailored human performance solutions to clients that improve efficiencies, readiness, and resilience - and drive mission success. In his role, he implements performance programs tailored to the unique demands of military and federal agencies, municipal departments, athletic teams, universities, and private-sector organizations.
Prior to joining O2X, Alex served as a federal agent for over twenty years where he was recognized at the local, national, and international level for his work. Alex served as an undercover agent, investigator, supervisor, and commander of the Crisis Negotiation Team. Alex also served as the Homeland Security liaison at the U.S. Embassy in Paris, France for five years. Of note, Alex is the recipient of the Director of National Intelligence Medal and the French Law Enforcement Medal of Honor. Prior to his civilian work, Alex served as a Marine Ground Intelligence officer until 2004; he worked at the battalion and regimental levels and ended his tour at the Joint Intelligence Center, Counter-Terrorism section. His leadership philosophy continues to reflect the same principles that shaped his career in service; accountability, continuous improvement, and a commitment to helping individuals and teams perform at their highest level. Alex is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Outside of work, Alex is passionate about nonprofit work, inspiring kids, and wrestling. Alex lives in Philadelphia, with his wife, Maia and their three children.
