Benjamin Rosner is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist and Program Manager specializing in Strength and Conditioning with Baltimore County Public Safety. In this role, he supports public safety personnel by designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs that enhance performance, resilience, and overall wellness. His work focuses on ensuring that first responders are physically prepared for the demands of their critical roles.Before joining O2X, Ben served as the Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach with the 10th Mountain Division Sustainment Brigade at Fort Drum, NY, where he spent two years working with U.S. Army personnel. Prior to that, he gained over three years of experience in collegiate strength and conditioning. His roles included Graduate Fellow at Harvard University, Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the College of the Holy Cross, and Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at The College of Saint Rose, where he managed programming for 19 Division II varsity teams.Ben holds a Master’s degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Merrimack College and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo. He obtained a PhD in Health Sciences: Exercise and Sports Science at Liberty University. In his free time, Ben enjoys working out, exploring the outdoors, and taking leisurely walks with his dog, Charlie.
