
Brad Pasker
Brad Pasker is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist specializing in Strength & Conditioning and serves as the Human Performance Advisor for the United States Army Reserve – South Carolina (USAR-SC). In this role, he focuses on enhancing physical readiness, optimizing performance, and supporting the holistic health of tactical professionals to ensure they are prepared to meet the demands of their mission.
Prior to his current position, Brad served eight years in the United States Army, including as an Instructor for the Army Physical Fitness School at Fort Jackson, SC. Following his military service, he transitioned into performance and rehabilitation settings, where he coached CrossFit athletes, supported elite-level performance training, and provided orthopedic rehabilitation for clients dealing with lower back pain.
Brad earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Northern Iowa and completed his master’s degree in Exercise Science at the University of South Carolina. Outside of work, he enjoys weightlifting, golfing, and spending time at the firing range.
