
Brendan Hanley
Brendan Hanley is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist and Program Manager specializing in Mental Performance with the U.S. Secret Service. He works with tactical professionals in high-stakes environments to develop the mental skills required for consistent, high-level performance, focusing on areas such as focus, resilience, and decision-making to support mission success.
With nearly a decade of experience, Brendan has worked with athletes across all levels and has supported the United States Army by applying sport and performance psychology principles to enhance operational readiness. Most recently, he was embedded with a special operations unit, where he partnered with senior leaders and aviators to optimize cognitive performance and strengthen leadership capacity.
Brendan holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, a master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology, and a doctorate in Education and Leadership. His approach emphasizes that with the right mindset and structure, individuals can continuously grow and perform at their highest potential, both professionally and personally.
