Chris Warden
Chris Warden is an O2X Lead Instructor with over 12 years of experience in the fire service, currently serving in a busy urban BLS fire engine system in Michigan. As a certified paramedic, Chris has spent over a decade navigating the intense physical, mental, and emotional demands of life in a high-volume department.
Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness and is a certified Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F). He possesses a unique ability to translate complex human performance science into actionable, real-world strategies for tactical athletes. His approach focuses on the essential intersection of leadership, performance, and wellness, believing that mastering these realms is the difference between simply surviving the job and truly thriving in it.
Recognizing the strain this career places on both the individual and their relationships, Chris is dedicated to helping his peers "offset" the job’s toll through sustainable habits. He is particularly passionate about Conditioning, Sleep, and Stress Mitigation, viewing growth as the only path forward for a healthy, long-term career.
When he isn’t at the firehouse or leading O2X workshops, Chris stays true to the "Eat Sweat Thrive" lifestyle by training in the gym with his wife or exploring the outdoors with her and their two labradors.
