Chris Warden is an O2X Lead Instructor and firefighter with a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. With over 8 years of experience as a personal trainer and firefighter, Chris has gained a wealth of knowledge and skills in the field of health and fitness. He is a certified IAFF Peer Fitness Trainer and IAFF Peer Support, providing support and guidance to his fellow firefighters.Chris has worked for two full-time fire departments, the Waterford Regional Fire Department, and the City of Ann Arbor Fire Department, where he is currently making a significant impact. He is the chair of the AAFD Health and Safety Committee and is working towards establishing a health and wellness branch for the department. Chris is also a representative on the Ann Arbor City Health and Wellness Committee, where he advocates for the importance of physical and mental health in the workplace.In addition to his certifications, Chris is currently pursuing his BS in Health and Wellness. His dedication to ongoing education and professional development is a testament to his commitment to excellence in the field of health and fitness.
