
Christina Philibert
Christina Philibert is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist within the Spokane Fire Department, specializing in Strength and Conditioning with a background in nutrition. She draws on 19 years of military service, including three combat deployments, and over 12 years of strength and conditioning experience to help tactical athletes build resilience, reduce injury risk, and optimize performance. Christina holds two Master’s degrees in Exercise Science from Jacksonville University and American Military University and maintains multiple professional certifications, including ACSM Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-EP) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS).
Before joining O2X, Christina served as a Research Assistant with the Sports Medicine Department at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, where she supported sports medicine research and clinical initiatives. She also coached Special Olympics powerlifting, experiences that strengthened both her technical expertise and her commitment to supporting athletes of all abilities. These roles deepened her understanding of the science behind human performance and reinforced her dedication to applying evidence-based practices across tactical and athletic populations.
Originally from Connecticut, Christina enjoys paddleboarding, outdoor adventures, and participating in a wide range of recreational sports. With her foundation in tactical environments, advanced education, and passion for coaching, she is committed to advancing O2X’s mission and empowering those she works with to reach their fullest potential.
