Courtney Carreon
Courtney Carreon is a strength and conditioning coach, group fitness instructor, and graduate student in Kinesiology, specializing in human performance for tactical and adaptive populations. With over a decade of personal connection to the special operations community, she brings a deep understanding of the mindset and demands faced by military, law enforcement, and first responder professionals. Her academic focus centers on tactical performance, neuroplasticity, and injury prevention—blending evidence-based research with practical application. Passionate about turning data into actionable strategies, Courtney develops wellness solutions that help individuals perform better, recover smarter, and sustain long-term readiness. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), she coaches both general population clients and tactical athletes, emphasizing functional fitness and long-term development. Courtney also serves as Operations Manager for Warpaint Creations, a family-run knife and tool company founded by her husband, a former Navy SEAL. Balancing her roles as a coach, entrepreneur, and parent, she understands firsthand the demands of service life and the importance of sustainable, real-world wellness strategies. With a degree in mass communication, Courtney brings strong communication skills to her coaching—helping clients and teams understand the “why” behind the work. Outside of work, Courtney serves on the board of a local nonprofit that provides equine therapy to children with special needs. She enjoys experimenting with new training methods, traveling with her family, and staying connected to the communities she serves. For Courtney, human optimization is more than a career—it’s a personal mission rooted in service, performance, and impact.
