Eamonn Burke is the Executive Vice President of Sales at O2X Human Performance, where he leads a nationally distributed sales team focused on revenue generation, client retention, and strategic account management. In his role, Eamonn oversees business development initiatives across the organization and helps drive the continued expansion of O2X’s human performance programs within military, federal, public safety, and industrial sectors. His strategic leadership and vision have played a significant role in positioning O2X as a national leader in human performance programming for tactical populations and high-performance organizations.

Since joining O2X in 2016, Eamonn has been instrumental in shaping the company’s growth strategy, operational sales infrastructure, and client engagement approach. He led the implementation of O2X’s CRM system, developed a scalable sales pipeline, and built a decentralized sales team with nationwide coverage. His ability to foster strong relationships throughout the tactical and public safety communities has contributed significantly to O2X’s consistent year-over-year revenue growth and expanding client footprint. Prior to joining O2X, Eamonn held sales and business development roles with security-focused technology startups, including Resilient Systems and Rapid7, where he specialized in identifying emerging market opportunities and building strategic partnerships.

Eamonn is a graduate of The Catholic University of America, where he was also a collegiate baseball player. Outside of work, he is a passionate endurance athlete who has completed nine marathons, a Half Ironman, and three Pan-Mass Challenge cycling events. Eamonn lives in Milton, Massachusetts, with his wife, Kelly, and their dog, Darcy, and enjoys pursuing fitness and outdoor challenges alongside his professional career.
