Gabriel Sanchez is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist specializing in Strength and Conditioning at the San Francisco Police Department. In this role, he supports tactical athletes by designing and implementing human performance programs and resources tailored to enhance physical readiness for mission-critical work.Before joining O2X, Gabriel served as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the U.S. ArmyHolistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Program with 62nd Medical Brigade. Gabriel also specialized in returning post-surgery soldiers back to duty. Earlier in his career, he worked with collegiate and high school athletes. He also served as an infantryman for the 25th Infantry Division with 1-21 Infantry Battalion.Gabriel earned his Master’s in Exercise Science from University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Texas State University. His personal experience continues to excel his work through connecting and helping tactical athletes.
