Grace Monroe, MS, RD, is an O2X On-Site Specialist with a focus on Nutrition and Strength and Conditioning. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Central Washington University and her master’s degree in Dietetics from Eastern Michigan University. For over a decade, Grace has owned a personal training studio in Tacoma, Washington, where she assists recreational, tactical, and everyday athletes in achieving balance through exercise and nutrition.Dedicated to lifelong learning, Grace is committed to expanding her knowledge base. She is a certified Level 1 YogaFit instructor and a Level 1 Running Coach through the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA). Additionally, she actively contributes to the Research and Education Committee and is a member of the Tactical Special Interest Group for the American Sports and Performance Dietitian Association, as well as the Sports and Human Performance Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.In her personal time, Grace is an outdoor enthusiast, particularly passionate about trail running. She has completed multiple runs around the base of Mt. St. Helens and participated in several ultra-endurance events. Grace also enjoys following the NFL as a lifelong Seahawks fan, spending time with her dogs, reading, and cherishing moments with her four nieces.
