Gregory Hartman is an O2X injury prevention specialist. Greg graduated from the University at Buffalo with his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in 2012. He is board recognized as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). While completing his degree in Buffalo, Greg was a volunteer firefighter and EMT which sparked his interest in working with tactical athletes as he saw the difficulty of the profession both mentally and physically. Greg began his career as a physical therapist outside of Ft. Campbell working with both active and retired military. He has since moved to the Northern, VA region where he has worked with a wide range of patients including professional football and baseball players, first responders, as well as high-performance and endurance athletes. He currently works full-time with a Special Operations unit in Northern, VAGreg is passionate about the science behind pain, treatment of chronic injuries, and helping people perform at their best. He believes in a well-rounded approach to health and wellness. In his personal time, he cycles between strength training, CrossFit-style workouts, and endurance sports, to include competing in Ironman distance triathlons. His team at home is composed of his wife and best friend, Deanna and their dog, “Clemmy”.
