Heather LeGette is an O2X Mental Performance Specialist. Heather strives to attain high levels of personal and professional well being and is passionate about helping others do the same. She enjoys living a balanced life where nutrition, physical fitness, recovery, mental fortitude, and emotional health are at the forefront of daily operations. She spends her time outside of work at her local gym, hiking, camping, traveling, or spending quality time with loved ones. Heathers background is in Sport and Performance Psychology. She participated in competitive cheerleading for over 10 years, coached for 8, and currently trains in CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting. After completing her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Minor in Exercise Biology from the University of California, Davis, she went on to complete her Master’s Degree in Sport Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. She has worked with the US Army for over 8 years providing mental skills training to optimize performance and enhance resilience of Soldiers, their family members, and DA civilians. Additionally, she has helped athletes from a variety of sports improve their performance. Her favorite part of the work is seeing the impact mental skills training can have on people’s quality of life.
