
Ian Parsons
Ian Parsons is an On-Site Human Performance Specialist with O2X Human Performance, where he supports United States Secret Service recruits in Artesia, New Mexico. In this role, Ian delivers strength and conditioning programs designed to enhance physical performance, improve durability, and reduce injury risk within a high-demand training environment. Leveraging his background in tactical fitness and performance, he implements evidence-based training strategies tailored to the specific needs of federal recruits, helping prepare them for the physical demands of their roles.
Ian brings a diverse background in both military service and strength and conditioning. He began his career in human performance with an internship at the Delta Airlines Below Wing Wellness Center in Atlanta, Georgia, where he supported employee wellness initiatives focused on safety, movement quality, and injury prevention for below-wing personnel. He later served as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for Team GAP H2F at Fort Polk, Louisiana, where he developed and oversaw comprehensive training programs to improve readiness and rehabilitation outcomes for the 519th Military Police Battalion. Ian continued his work in the tactical space as a Strength and Conditioning Coach in Twentynine Palms, California, where he implemented performance programs tailored to the unique demands of service members. Prior to his career in human performance, Ian served in the United States Air Force as a Fire Truck and Refueling Technician, an experience that helped shape his understanding of operational demands and physical readiness within military environments.
Ian is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Georgia State University and his Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Wellness (Fitness and Performance) from Liberty University. His combined experience in military service, tactical strength and conditioning, and performance coaching continues to drive his passion for helping tactical athletes improve performance, resilience, and long-term health.
