Jason Polakowski is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist specializing in Strength and Conditioning with the Vermont State Police Academy. With 10 years of experience in the field, Jason has worked with a wide variety of populations, helping individuals enhance their physical performance and overall health. Most recently, Jason worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Army H2F program, where he trained soldiers in a Brigade Support Battalion (BSB). Prior to that, he spent two years with the United States Marine Corps, focusing on the performance aspect of the Boxing team and supporting the II MIG Division’s training efforts.Before his work in the tactical field, Jason gained experience working with athletes across different levels. He has worked in the private sector and with professional baseball players within the Philadelphia Phillies organization. Jason also spent several years working with Division I collegiate teams at Bryant University, where he honed his coaching skills and contributed to athletes’ development. This extensive background in coaching performance and training provided a foundation for his transition into tactical athlete development.Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training with a minor in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University. He has also completed graduate coursework through Springfield College’s Strength and Conditioning program, where he served as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Women’s Basketball team for a year. During his collegiate years, Jason competed on the SCSU track and field team, where he was a two-time All-New England decathlete. He still occasionally competes in Weightlifting competitions. Outside of coaching and training, Jason enjoys exploring the outdoors and engaging with music, whether through listening or playing.
