Jen Farmer
Jen is an O2X Instructor whose commitment to Health & Wellness was shaped by her son’s brain tumor diagnosis, a defining moment that fueled her passion for resilience and service. She has spent years supporting Veterans and First Responders, helping them cut through the noise and take ownership of simple, effective habits that support their well‑being.
She currently serves as the Health & Wellness Coordinator for her local Township's Fire and Police Departments and is actively involved in her local First Responder Peer Support network, offering connection, guidance, and practical support for the challenges they face both on duty and off. Jen also helps coordinate and lead Equine First Responder Training at a local barn, integrating experiential learning with stress regulation and communication skills.
A lifelong student, Jen thrives on learning something new every day. Her mission is to empower First Responders and their families to become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves by focusing on what truly moves the needle; foundational habits, honest self‑reflection, and steady 1% progress that compounds into lasting change.
