Jeremy Petronella
Jeremy Petronella is the Senior Product Manager at O2X Human Performance, leading the strategy, design, and development of the company’s digital products that support tactical athletes and the organizations that rely on them. He blends product leadership with real-world operational insight to create tools that are intuitive, resilient, and mission-ready. Jeremy works cross-functionally with internal teams and end users to ensure O2X’s digital solutions enhance readiness, performance, and long-term well-being across the tactical community.
Before joining O2X, Jeremy built a career at the intersection of public safety, technology, and human performance. He previously shaped product direction for Active911’s nationwide emergency alerting platform, designing tools used in high-stress, time-critical environments. His perspective as both a product leader and an end user is grounded in more than 25 years of fire service experience spanning operations, training, and readiness development. In addition to his service background, Jeremy is a longtime fitness entrepreneur who has owned and operated two CrossFit gyms—including one in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico—where he coached athletes and developed programming tailored to elite performance and tactical demands.
Jeremy’s approach is rooted in a lifelong commitment to learning, human performance, and community. He and his wife, Kari, live in Oregon with their dog, Murph, where they stay connected to the outdoors and an active lifestyle that fuels their passion for health and performance. Outside of his work at O2X, Jeremy continues to pursue education, coaching, and personal development initiatives that strengthen his ability to serve the tactical population.
