Jess Best
Jess Best is a Physical Therapist and Injury Prevention Specialist with O2X, where she has been making an impact since 2020. A Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy and Certified Clinical Vestibular Therapist, she brings over 15 years of specialized experience working with the military population. Her clinical focus spans concussion and brain injury rehabilitation, spinal cord injury, vestibular disorders, and a range of other neurologic conditions, with additional work in adaptive sports.
Jess is passionate about meeting patients where they are — crafting individualized, creative treatment plans that help each person reach their personal goals. She holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Montana and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina.
Before entering physical therapy, Jess channeled her love of adventure as a whitewater rafting guide, leading multi-day trips along the stunning rivers of Montana and Idaho. That spirit carries into her everyday life — she can often be found hiking, running, or snowboarding, and she jumps at any opportunity to travel and immerse herself in new cultures. Outside of work, she is also a proud mama to one awesome little guy.
