
Luke Pitts
Luke Pitts is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist specializing in Strength & Conditioning for the U.S. Army Reserve H2F Program. With over a decade of experience as a Performance Scientist and Strength & Conditioning Coach, he supports elite warfighters, law enforcement officers, and athletes across multiple levels, including Division I, minor league, and world-class powerlifting. His expertise includes human performance, process optimization, and human factors analytics, all aimed at improving readiness and operational effectiveness.
In his current role, Luke provides daily operational support to the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, delivering performance guidance across all domains of health, wellness, and physical readiness for battalion-sized elements. He also works closely with paratroopers preparing for specialized Army schools and selection pipelines, while integrating across brigade echelons to support broader performance initiatives within the formation.
Luke began his career at The HomeRun Club in Virginia, working with athletes ranging from youth to professional baseball players on strength, speed, and biomechanical development. He later held performance roles at Liberty University, the University of Lynchburg, and Mississippi State University, contributing across multiple sports and departments, including sport science, performance coaching, and nutrition education. He holds a Master of Science in Sports Medicine from Georgia Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health from Iowa State University.
