Molly Poalino is an O2X Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Strength and conditioning has never been a job for Poalino, it has always been her passion. Her career began in the realm of athletic performance while working to get her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She gained diverse experiences with her multiple internships throughout the state of MA during her college career.Coach Molly’s next stop was University of West Florida to obtain her Masters of Health Science, specializing in Physical Education/Teacher Education. As a graduate assistant, she gained experience working in the collegiate setting. This experience would springboard her to a position at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. At UNC Molly worked with 5 varsity teams ranging from Cross Country to Gymnastics. While working at UNC, Molly met her now husband, Eric Poalino, an Army officer. This would shift her career path in the direction of tactical strength and conditioning.After 4 years at UNC, Coach Poalino would make the jump to the tactical setting, working with the US Army 27th Engineers as a contractor. She spent 2 years building the Health and Holistic Fitness (H2F) program from the ground up. Molly created programs to help soldiers prepare for the new Army Combat Fitness Test, Ranger School, Sapper School, and Special Operations selection. She also helped bridge soldiers back to their companies after injuries. The knowledge and experience she gained with the H2F program empowered her to secure a contractor position as the Strength and Conditioning Coach at Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC).Whether it is maintaining a healthy lifestyle, or training for a specific school or selection, Molly is there to educate all branches of the military to achieve success. Molly is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) through the NSCA and Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association. In her spare time, she is cheering for all things New England, playing rugby or exploring the outdoors with Eric, daughter Parker and two dogs Brady & Billie.
