Myles Brown is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist and Program Manager specializing in Strength and Conditioning. In this role, he leverages his expertise to develop and implement performance programs that enhance physical readiness and resilience. Myles brings a wealth of experience to his current position, emphasizing strength, mobility, and injury prevention strategies to optimize performance for tactical athletes.Before joining O2X, Myles served as the Installation Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach at Fort Wainwright in Fairbanks, Alaska, where he led the implementation of the U.S. Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness program. His prior experience includes three seasons with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill football team, where he spearheaded the developmental training program for incoming freshmen and managed the team’s mobility and flexibility initiatives. Myles has also worked with men’s football and women’s lacrosse at the University of Connecticut and trained tactical athletes in the Human Performance Department at the United States Army Special Operations Command in Fort Bragg, NC.Myles earned his M.S. in Kinesiology from East Carolina University and a B.A. in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He holds multiple certifications, including Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, as well as credentials from USA Weightlifting and Functional Range Systems.
