
Rachel Snyder
Rachel Snyder is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist specializing in Strength and Conditioning with the United States Secret Service. She focuses on optimizing physical performance, injury prevention, and recovery for tactical professionals, designing and delivering training programs tailored to the unique demands of the mission. Prior to her current role, Rachel served as the Program Manager for the DEA Academy with O2X Human Performance, where she oversaw the delivery and implementation of human performance initiatives in a high-demand training environment.
Prior to joining O2X, Rachel served as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at D1 Training and supported the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Program at Fort Jackson, where she developed and implemented physical training programs for the 193rd Infantry Brigade. She also worked as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at the University of South Carolina, where she supported Women’s Tennis and Pole Vaulting.
Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from UNC Charlotte and a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina. A former Division I women’s soccer player at UNC Asheville and a 4A All-State athlete, she brings a strong athletic foundation to her work. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and USA Weightlifting (USAW) coach, and in her free time enjoys adventuring with her dog, Moose, and cheering on the South Carolina Gamecocks.
