
Rahsan McMillan
Rahsan McMillan is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist embedded with the 118th Air Support Operations Squadron, specializing in injury prevention and performance optimization. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, he delivers evidence-based strategies to reduce injury risk, improve movement quality, and sustain long-term physical readiness. In his current role, Rah works directly with tactical professionals to ensure they remain healthy, resilient, and mission-ready in high-demand operational environments.
Prior to joining O2X, Rah supported active-duty Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) operators, focusing on bridging the gap between rehabilitation and high performance. His experience across both clinical and tactical environments has shaped his expertise in return-to-duty programming, hybrid training models, and performance optimization. He has also contributed to leadership and program development initiatives, including the design and implementation of human performance strategies and efforts supporting professional development within the field.
Rah earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Winston-Salem State University and holds certifications including NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), USA Weightlifting Level 1 (USAW-L1), and ACSM Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-EP). He is also an ICE Physio Certified Specialist in Orthopedics and Fitness Athlete, as well as an ICE Physio Certified Master Clinician. Outside of work, he is passionate about strength training, hybrid performance development, and content creation centered on fitness and performance. He also enjoys working on cars and continues to refine both his clinical and coaching skillsets.
