
Raven Gerald
Raven Gerald is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist specializing in Mental Performance, where she works with athletes and professionals to enhance mental skills and overall performance. She provides both 1:1 and team-based interventions focused on building resilience, focus, confidence, communication, and motivation. She also supports individuals recovering from injury and those managing performance anxiety, equipping them with tools to optimize their mental approach to training and competition.
Prior to joining O2X, Raven served as Assistant Athletic Director at Trinity Washington University. Before that, she spent eight years coaching at the NCAA Division I, II, and III levels, working closely with collegiate athletes to develop both physical and mental aspects of performance. Her coaching background provides her with a strong understanding of the demands of high-level sport and the strategies needed to help individuals reach their potential.
Raven holds a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Seton Hall University and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Sport and Performance Psychology at the University of Western States. Her commitment to continuous learning allows her to integrate cutting-edge mental performance strategies into her work with athletes and professionals.
