As founder of StressFreeMD, she utilizes her unique combination of training in medicine, yoga therapy, iRest® meditation and life coaching to educate others how to be stress-free from the inside out. Her innovative teachings focus on complete physical, mental and emotional well-being and resilience. She is the creator of numerous accredited programs for health care providers and hosts The StressFreeMD Podcast where she provides simple and effective stress management tools. Dr. Tiger is a Western Carolina Medical Society Healthy Healer Partner, is on the faculty for Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy, serves on the Advisory Council of Yoga Therapy Today & yogatherapy.health, and is certified through Warriors at Ease, serving military and veteran communities.Her deep passion to help others more fully grew out of her many years in medical practice witnessing firsthand the need for self-care education.
