
Sara Davidson
Sara Davidson is an O2X Instructor with a background in military intelligence and operational leadership. She served in the U.S. Air Force as an intelligence analyst, leading teams in high-performance, high-stakes environments and deploying globally, including alongside a Special Operations team in the Middle East. Her experience spans complex decision-making, cross-functional collaboration with intelligence agencies, and executing missions in remote and dynamic conditions.
Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Intelligence. Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of how people and systems perform under pressure, and how to build resilience that lasts.
Outside of her professional career, Sara lives what she teaches. Her approach to health, fitness, and performance is shaped not just by study, but by experience. She has taken on demanding endurance challenges around the world, from multi-day international events to self-supported ultra-distance efforts, consistently choosing environments that test both physical capacity and mental grit. She continues to compete in trail and road running, as well as CrossFit.
Based in in the United States, Sara embraces a minimalist, experience-driven lifestyle and spends much of her time exploring the outdoors. She is passionate about helping others unlock their full potential by building strength across the physical, mental, and emotional domains, with a strong emphasis on sustainable performance, nutrition, and long-term health.
