A BOC Certified Athletic Trainer since 2005, Stephanie also holds certifications as an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Certified Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator. Her role draws on a diverse background in athletic training and exercise physiology, with experience spanning youth camps, collegiate athletics, and professional sports.Before joining O2X, Stephanie gained extensive experience across a variety of settings, including physical therapy clinics, orthopedic surgeries, and military health services.
