Tiffany Sheffield is an O2X injury prevention specialist. Tiffany graduated from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY., with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2019. She holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor’s in Exercise Sports Science. She has worked with various populations to include but not limited to veterans, active duty, firefighters, horse trainers, equestrians, paramedics and pro-athletes. Her primary focus has been in the outpatient setting where she has effectively treated conditions including orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, vestibular dysfunction, post-concussion syndrome, post/pre-operative, and pelvic floor dysfunction. Tiffany provides a holistic and comprehensive approach to achieve maximum recovery and performance to minimize long term pain and impairments. She believes in treating the patient as a whole and is passionate about providing an individualized plan of care. The military is near and dear to her heart. Her father served in the United States Army, her brother served in the United States Marine Corps, and her husband served in the United States Navy.
