
Tommy LaBriola
Tommy LaBriola is an O2X On-Site Human Performance Specialist specializing in Strength and Conditioning. In his role, he focuses on optimizing performance, resilience, and durability through individualized, evidence-based training programs designed to meet the demands of tactical athletes.
Prior to joining O2X, Tommy served as the Head AAA Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Toronto Blue Jays, where he spent five years within the organization’s minor league system working across multiple levels. During his time with the Blue Jays, he was part of an interdisciplinary high-performance team responsible for developing minor league players into Major League athletes. He also played a key role in developing and scaling workload management systems across the organization, while contributing to leadership and staff development initiatives. Before his time in professional baseball, Tommy served as a Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Salisbury University, where he trained baseball, women’s soccer, and football teams. He also gained additional experience through internships at Georgetown University, the University of Pittsburgh, Salisbury University, and in the private sector at the Parisi Speed School.
Tommy earned a Master of Science in Applied Health Physiology and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Athletic Coaching from Salisbury University, where he also competed as a collegiate baseball player. He holds multiple professional certifications, including Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach (RSCC), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Functional Movement Screen Level 2 (FMS L2), Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist (FRCms), and USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach (USAW L1). Outside of work, Tommy enjoys spending time outdoors, attending concerts, and playing the drums.
