First let me say how excited I am, as an Officer in the Guard, to see my State investing their time/money/attention to this level of fitness analytics. I pushed so many of my Soldiers into the assessment being offered and I hope it was enlightening to them as it was for me. I’m a bit of a fitness nut, so anytime I can lend science and real #s to what I’m doing to justify/tweak my habits, I’m eager to!

I’m doing great! Since we met, the workouts and advice you gave me has definitely helped. I feel as if my lower back and core is stronger. We have been doing some intense workouts and I haven’t aggravated it once.

First I would like to thank you for your continued support. Second, I’m doing well and since I’ve been enrolled with the program, I have dropped some unnecessary weight and hope to lose even more.
